1 General Provisions and Scope of Agreement

333bmw is an online gaming and sports betting platform. The terms and conditions set out in this document form a legal agreement between the user and 333bmw. By accessing the platform, creating an account or using any service, the user is considered to have automatically accepted these terms.

2 Account Registration and Verification

When opening an account on 333bmw, the user must provide accurate and complete information. Registering with false information may result in the account being closed and the balance being forfeited.

2.1 Single Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per person, household, device or IP address. If an attempt to operate multiple accounts is detected or proven, all accounts will be permanently closed and all bonuses will be cancelled.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

Before processing a withdrawal, 333bmw may request a copy of a national ID card or passport, mobile number verification (OTP) and documents confirming ownership of the payment account. Cooperating with this verification process is mandatory for every user.

• The name provided at registration must match the name on the payment account.
• It is the user's own responsibility to keep their account password confidential.

2.3 Account Inactivity

3 Age Requirement and Eligibility

5 Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

333bmw offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer is given under specific terms, and failure to comply with those terms may result in the bonus being cancelled.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. That means a ৳2,000 bonus requires a total of ৳40,000 in bets to be placed before winnings can be withdrawn.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own wagering requirement — withdrawal is not possible until that requirement is met.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless the promotion's terms specifically state otherwise.
• If wagering is not completed within the specified period after claiming a bonus, the bonus will expire.
• 333bmw reserves the right to reclaim any bonus credited in error due to a system fault or technical issue.

6 Gaming Rules and Fair Play Policy

6.1 Betting Limits

8 Account Suspension, Closure and Recovery

8.2 Balance on a Closed Account

For accounts closed due to a breach of the rules, there is no obligation to return the balance. However, for accounts closed voluntarily by the user, any valid balance will be returned after verification is complete.

9 Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

333bmw makes every effort to keep its platform reliable. However, no liability is accepted for the following:

• Internet connection outages or technical problems caused by third parties.
• Security issues on the user's own device.
• Financial losses resulting from winning or losing games.
